– Superior drying technology
In collaboration with Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Waister AS has developed a patented, robust and energyefficient drying technology that transforms wet waste into a stable, hygienic and odour free powder.
Waister 15
The Wasiter 15 is our smallest dryer, specially designed to dry food waste from proffesional kitshens in the HoReCa industry.
It is also well suited for drying fish mortalities from fish farms and will grind the waste before drying it .
Our smallest dryer, the Waister 15 evaporates 15 liters of water per hour, and will fit into most waste storage rooms. An obtional bin lifter will facilitate emptying the waste bins into Waister 15’s integrated hopper. The Wasiter 15 can be fitted to discharge the dried waste in the front or on the side of the unit. A big bag station incl, scale for the dried waste is optional.
Waister 40
The waister 40 is typically used for brewer’s spent grain or fish sludge from the Aquaculture industry. It evaporate 40 liters of water per hour and the wet waste can be pumped or screwed into the drying chamber depending on the texture.
The Waister 40 can be delivered as a complete system with a buffer tank with level sensors, feeding pump/ screw and a big bag station for the dried end product. The entire system can be fitted in a 20′ high-cube container as a plug and play solution.
Waister 60
The waister 60 is based on the Waister 40, but with increased capasity . It is has the same user areas – brewer’s spent grain and fish sludge from the Aquaculture industry. It evaporate 60 liters of water per hour and the wet waste can be pumped or screwed into the drying chamber depending on the texture.
The footprint of the Waister 60 is slightly bigger than that of the Wasiter 40.
As the Waister 40, the Waister 60 can be delivered as a complete system with a buffer tank with level sensors, feeding pump/ screw and a big bag station for the dried end product.
Currently the Waister 60 can not be deliveres in a 20′ high cube cointainer.
Waister 300
The Waister 300 is Waisters largest dryer. It will evaporate 300 liters of water per hour. I new generation Wasiter 300 is currently in development. It is planned to be launched in autumn 2020.
